In 2024, I launched my own company, NVB Esports. What began as a practical step quickly evolved into a broader vision: to position myself as a freelance coach and content creator within the rapidly growing world of esports and gaming.

Through NVB Esports, I now offer coaching to professional players, teams, and organizations, as well as casual gamers looking to improve. This includes technical guidance, mental coaching, and developing a strategic training plan. My experience at NAC Breda, Cercle Brugge, mCon esports, and my role as a talent coach at ETCG and Papendal, among others, has taught me what it takes to truly help players and teams progress.

Besides coaching, I've also increasingly focused on social media and content creation. Since January 2024, I've been uploading multiple times a week, and it hasn't gone unnoticed. With over 2.2 million views on TikTok and a rapidly growing follower base, I see the potential of online visibility and community building.

That's why I'm now looking beyond just esports. I want to collaborate with companies, brands, and organizations to:
