At mCon esports, I'm responsible for managing and coaching the entire FC25 department. I guide the players both strategically and individually, ensuring their optimal performance in competitive settings. In addition to daily coaching, I'm involved in planning, talent development, analysis, and designing a professional training structure. I monitor progress, encourage growth, and ensure mCon's team consistently strengthens itself within the FC competitive scene.
